Some people from amongst the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to the Prophet (PBUH), "O Messenger of Allah, the affluent have made off with the rewards; they pray as we pray, they fast as we fast, and they give [much] in charity by virtue of their wealth." Allah’s Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "Has not Allah made things for you to give in charity? Truly every tasbeehah [saying: 'subhan-Allah'] is a charity, and every takbeerah [saying: 'Allahu akbar'] is a charity, and every tahmeedah [saying: 'al-hamdu lillah'] is a charity, and every tahleelah [saying: 'laa ilaha illAllah'] is a charity. And commanding the good is a charity, and forbidding an evil is a charity, and in the bud`i [sexual act] of each one
All praise is due to Allāh alone, and may peace and blessings be upon the last Prophet .I had a look into this publication by Shaykh Abdullah Ibn Humoud Al-Furaih entitled المنح العليا في بيان السنن اليومية Al-Minaḥ Al-’Aliyyah fee Bayān As-Sunan Al-Yawmiyyah” (i.e. The Supreme Blessings in Illustration of the Daily Sunan), and I have found it to be a very useful publication that gathered the verbal and physical Sunan of the day and night, whether independent or belongong to other acts of worship, that are proven by established evidence.

Birds, soaring and diving, must end their flight slowly. Landing and lowering their wings is harder than taking off and stretching their wings.
